as well as of the website front-end developer (HTML5, CSS3, WebMatrix3, Photoshop CS6).
Excerpt from Main Report
Team 4 took on the challenge of creating a web application for Eason and Son Ltd., the main supplier in Ireland of books, newspapers and magazines, offering a process where the repair request of a faulty eReader is entered into a database at shop level by Eason's staff, creating a reference number automatically and then sending a confirmation email to the customer with brief instructions on how to log in online and check the repair progress of the device, thus eliminating their existing paper based process.Page Samples
The client's requirement list included various GUI's (shop user, customer service agent, manager and customer), login security protocols, case management (call logging, e-mails, case categories (warrantee, fault, user damage), the ability to create reports (aged cases (SLA), trends, agent performance) as well as KPI's (how long a reader is kept in store, in head office or with the vendor (Sony, Kobo) and how long a case has been active in the system).
